本项目作为全球碳市场区块链解决方案，旨在构建以对抗气候问题为任的去中心化生态。现拟招聘CTO一名，负责项目架构、开发、运营。今年考虑同期增加20名员工，该职位负责工程师录用和培养等组织与开发事宜。
职责描述：
●全面负责公司技术架构搭建和实施，参与产品规划及技术可行性分析；
●负责技术团队的组建、发展规划和人员管理，提供必要的技术支持，关注员工发展；
●负责建立规范、高效的技术部门管理体系并优化完善；
●负责制定技术发展规划，制定技术部门的战略发展目标和工作方案；
●负责规范化研发流程以及过程的质量控制。
任职要求：
●软件工程或计算机相关专业本科及以上；
●5年以上计算机开发工作经验，3年以上全面技术管理岗位工作经验，并有技术体系搭建及推动流程制度落实的成功经验；
●精通linux，有区块链项目的开发经验，熟悉c++/python/java中的两种以上，熟悉solidity更佳，熟练掌握以太坊/比特币/区块链的原理、机制和相关加密算法者优先，熟悉各种数据结构和算法，对密码学、安全协议和加密算法有研究；
●优秀的问题分析、判断和决策能力，突出的学习创新和协调推动能力，良好的商业敏感性和执行能力；
●能承受较大工作压力，责任心、事业心强，良好的团队合作精神，具备一定行业权威性，拥有自己成熟的技术团队者优先。
The project aims to build a decentralized fighting against climate change. It is planned to recruit a CTO, responsible for project structure, development and operation. This year, we have considered the addition of 20 employees. This position is responsible for the organization and development of engineers such as recruitment and training.
Responsibilities:
●Responsible for the company's technical architecture construction and implementation, and participate in product planning and technical feasibility analysis;
●Responsible for technical team formation, development planning and personnel management, providing necessary technical support and focusing on employee development;
●Responsible for establishing a standardized and efficient technical department management system and optimizing it;
●Responsible for formulating technical development plans and formulating strategic development goals and work plans for the technical departments;
●Responsible for standardizing the R&D process and quality control of the process.
Requirements:
●Bachelor degree or above in software engineering or computer related major;
●More than 5 years of computer development work experience, more than 3 years of comprehensive technical management position work experience, and a successful experience in building a technical system and promoting the implementation of the process system;
●Proficient in linux, have experience in development of blockchain projects, familiar with more than two types of c++/python/java, familiar with solidity, and master the principles, mechanisms and related encryption algorithms of Ethereum/Bitcoin/Blockchain. Familiar with various data structures and algorithms, and research on cryptography, security protocols and encryption algorithms;
●Excellent problem analysis, judgment and decision making skills, outstanding learning and innovation and coordination, good business sensitivity and execution skills;
●Can withstand greater work pressure, responsibility, professionalism, good teamwork spirit, have a certain industry authority, have their own mature technical team is preferred.
